MMS, born in 1994 as a maritime agency, has rapidly evolved to become today a global and integrated operator of maritime transport present in all markets. The company has 6 offices in Italy (Genoa, Savona, Porto Nogaro, Livorno, Monfalcone and Naples) where it employs around 20 collaborators and a widespread international presence. The main product segments that MMS deals with are: forestry, iron and steel, plant engineering, rolling stock, yachting and cruising. Over the past few years, MMS has followed an average of 180 ships per year with 30-40 stopovers of ships carrying yachts, 20-30 stopovers for the landing of forest products, 10-20 stopovers for shipments of plant engineering (project cargo). In addition, through the subsidiary Italian Cruises & Shipping Services MMS follows an average of 150 stopovers per year of cruise ships serving over 250.
