Uhlsport GmbH is a German sporting goods manufacturer on the market for providers of team sports. Founded as early as 1948 under the name Haase & Uhl OHG, the Karl Uhl GmbH became uhlsport GmbH in 1994. The headquarters of the internationally active company is in Balingen in Baden-Württemberg. Uhlsport GmbH currently combines the four team sport brands uhlsport (http://www.uhlsport.com), Kempa (http://kempa-handball.de), Spalding (http://www.spalding-basketball.com/ de) and BLK (http://www.blksport.fr) under one roof in order to meet the requirements of the respective sport.
