FIGHT FOR FITNESS

Fight For Fitness, with the support from A WORLD (CMA) ASSOCIATION, was founded in Hong Kong in 2015. This association aims at helping people to achieve physical and mental health and acquire fighting skills through different trainings. The founders ,who are the former members of Disciplinary Forces, are dedicated themselves to educating youngsters the importance of contributing to society and sending positive energy and messages to everyone. Fight For Fitness was established in Hong Kong in 2015 with the support of the World Boxing (Comprehensive Skills) Federation. The purpose of this club is to use boxing, martial arts and physical training, so that students can be physically and mentally healthy and have a good skill. Since the founders of the association are former members of the disciplined forces in Hong Kong, the association also has the ideal of nurturing talents, training the next generation, contributing to society, and radiating positive energy and sending positive messages.
