Description
Well, I started my own business in 2014 after 26 years in the banking industry. I really enjoyed the job there and as a branch manager I was always able to get my ideas through despite strict regulations.
Then there was an immense job cut and my beloved little branch was unfortunately closed.
But actually that was THE great opportunity for me - and today I can no longer imagine subordinating myself to strict rules.
With the help of my husband, I set up a photo studio and completed numerous training courses at home and abroad, attended courses at the Prague Photo School and acquired a lot of knowledge through online courses.
And one evening when I saw a cameraman on TV, the name DieFotoFrau spontaneously occurred to me.
As creative as the name is, I also try to be with my pictures. I am constantly trying out new things, looking for different angles and perspectives, experimenting with sharpness and blurring, and this often creates a new, interesting image look. The development in the digital darkroom, i.e. Photoshop, is an inseparable part of the final image.
Needless to say, photography is not a job for me, but a passion.
The camera, or more precisely, the cameras and a number of lenses, are always with me in my free time and on vacation. My husband probably doesn't even know my face anymore, so I can hide the wrinkles of my 50 years - haha.
I now have a large number of regular customers, both private individuals and companies, who book me for their products or events.
