Arel Company is an electronic systems engineering company whose expertise covers electronic security and safety systems. We design systems using the most technically suitable equipment for a particular project with a view to achieve a cost-effective solution, and independently of any manufacturer. Design and Integration Design engineers are supported by a technical department which offers technical authorship, CAD and document control. These combined skills give the company the ability to provide all technical support that any client could require. Project Management We are using the latest techniques available in order to achieve detailed planning of all our projects. We use Project Evaluation and Review Techniques analysis to plan, control and monitor all our projects. Our first step in any project is to compile the project program in order to show which areas are critical in order to achieve the required contact completion. Project costs are monitored using our PM tools, which provide an up to date overview of the project’s progress for the management team. The third element of our management control system is regular project progress reviews using our senior managers to ensure the client’s objectives are being achieved.
