Dirk Backeberg Geflügelhof

We are the Geflügelhof Backeberg, a small family business in which 2 generations work together. Consisting of the senior boss Dirk Backeberg farmer, responsible for the rearing of ducks and geese up to the slaughter and the junior Daniel Backeberg butcher master since 2010 with active support from the entire family team. We offer you quality fresh poultry, meat and sausage products (also from our own production) as well as game specialties from regional hunting. In winter you can also get fresh geese and ducks from our own free range. We offer this to you at various weekly markets or in our own farm shop that has been around since 2015. Our self-reared ducks, geese and also guinea fowl are fed exclusively with our own grain, wheat, barley and maize. Just as important for us as the food is the species-appropriate attitude, sufficient movement (free-range) and a caring treatment of the animals. From rearing to slaughter, we take care of our animals ourselves, because only happy and relaxed animals will later become a tasty and juicy roast.
