The API-CULTURE company is located in Bordères sur Echez, near Tarbes, at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains.
It is a privileged place, which thanks to the relief co ntraste and the diversity of its vegetation, offers a very wide range of honeys.
Gérard Schiro, its founder, has been a beekeeper since the 1980s, when he took over the beekeeping operation from his parents. He now manages over 600 beehives in various parts of the South of France.
