We have been working as a project developer for residential real estate in Germany since 1991. We are planning large new building quarters with rental and owner-occupied apartments and renovating listed properties throughout Germany. Our many years of experience make us a reliable partner for the public sector, private property buyers and long-term institutional housing investors, such as pension funds and pension funds. Obtaining building permits is just as much a part of our expertise as the implementation of demanding development projects. As a partner of the cities and municipalities, the integration of social aspects into our planning is of particular importance. Throughout Germany, more than 1,700 social housing units are under construction or planning as part of our project developments (as of December 31, 2019).
