The school was established by the government and was founded in 1955. It was formerly known as the Pokfulam Government Primary School. It is located at 162 Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong. It moved to its current location in September 2000 to provide primary education for children in the district. There are 24 classes in the school, with 4 classes in each level for grades one to six.
