When less than 10% of the Filipino population belongs to a health and fitness club, our mission is clear: To bring the healing and other wonderful benefits of Yoga to the Filipino masses. It is our intent to encourage living in greater awareness, creating more participation, compassion and harmony. We strive to be a business that provides a joyful, meaningful, conscious place to practice or work in, encouraging people to be authentic and true to themselves. We hope to serve by offering these teachings and this place of refuge where you can devote time to yourself.
