Oman Agriculture Development Company SAOC is an Agro based Dairy Company which involved in the business of supplying fresh dairy farm products in the Sultanate of Oman via retail and direct sales. Following Government directives to relocate from Sohar ?Sun Farms”, the decision to suspend the operations of the Company was unanimously approved by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting on 13 November 2013, and implementation of the closure plan was completed during the year 2014-15. The Company is currently non-operational and exploring various possibilities.
