To give you an insight into who is behind the many photos and stories that you can find on our site, we would like to tell you a little bit about us here.
I'm Vanessa Desirée and the Whirlwind aka Chaot of the Family. I live with my husband Markus and our two kittens Lola and Monday in our dream apartment in an old building in Vienna. I actually grew up in Burgenland, but fled to the city pretty quickly after my Matura. I need the hustle and bustle, the people, the (as I like to call it) civilization. XD
Since I've always wanted to be a photographer for as long as I can remember, I quickly knew what my goals were and the universe also seems to have meant well with me, as I got the chance to complete my diploma in photography in graphics .
My hobby s ... Well, let's just say, I live for my job. =)
I have been a freelance photographer for 6 years and live every minute of my day coordinating my jobs, ideas and projects. I am a very bright person and always up for a joke. You can usually hear my voice and my laughter from afar.
When I'm not at work, I'm probably lying in bed with my cats hooking on Netflix series.
But I also have to go out sometimes and then Markus goes around the world. We love to travel and especially to eat! The more unusual the better. However, my favorite dish will always be goose with red cabbage.
It is hard to believe that I met my beloved Markus almost 5 years ago on Instagram. Crazy as fate sometimes plays.
For us it was love at first click and since our first date we are practically one heart and one soul.
We got married almost three years ago and not only live happily together, but also work well together as a team.
