Our company philosophy is not to offer the lowest price of a product, but to guide the customer appropriately, in a friendly manner and without "expert gossip" to his desired product. At the beginning we started in our record store in Berlin with around 35,000 records from almost all areas of music, mainly jazz vinyls. We quickly noticed that our customers have a lot of questions about turntables, amplifiers, loudspeakers and hi-fi accessories. What is the requirement profile if I would like to switch to tube technology? Which speakers go with it? And are the differences in audio cables really that big? Which pickup system fits the type of music I mainly play (e.g. classical or punk rock)? At this point we could easily list hundreds of combinations of questions without repeating ourselves once ... Over the years we have therefore created a simple and ingenious consulting concept. Certainly there is a lot of useful information on the www that can help. Please see this information as pieces of the mosaic that must be put together completely and in the correct order in order to achieve your goal. This is done with our help. Even a tech-savvy customer will benefit from the theoretical parameters, such as B. cut, final capacity or impedance relatively little if they can not be implemented in a hearing test. Our experience has shown that a maximum of two out of ten customers ask for technical details in a consultation. Since every change in the hi-fi chain, no matter how small, can change the sound dramatically under certain circumstances, we will ask you many questions during the consultation. Another important component in the advisory chain is to design the selection of the individual components in such a way that so-called upgrades are possible at any time without exchanging devices or buying new ones. This could, for example, be the replacement of a higher quality pickup system or an audio cable specially configured by us. We also offer a good and sensible selection of high-end accessories. We only sell what we use ourselves. Especially with planks, wooden floors and laminate you should think about a base as well as about the effective decoupling of your speaker system from the floor with the help of special damping elements.
