Job role
Management of the sales department and control of global sales activities
Strategic alignment in coordination with the management and colleagues in the management team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
University education with a technical or business focus (sales / marketing)
Many years of experience in technical sales as well as proven success in an international environment
Several years of experience in a relevant leadership role (international sales, group environment)
Experience with customers in the corporate area, ideally experience in indirect sales (channel sales)
Ideally, industry experience with customers in the areas of automotive, railway, marine or similar.
Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking, systematic way of working and joy in sales
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Business fluent English, knowledge of German an advantage
International willingness to travel
