MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY / SERVICE LOCATION: VIENNA
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Full project management responsibility for planning control and monitoring of complex product development projects - both professionally and commercially
Project-related management of cross-location development teams
Active management of project risks and any backlogs in the process
Regular reporting to top management (down to board level)
Development and ongoing implementation of process improvements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Several years of experience in managing highly complex product development projects (ideally in medical technology)
Basic technical training (university, FH or comparable), project management training (PMI) or the willingness to complete this training
Strong communication personality; well versed in stakeholder management across all hierarchical levels
Solution-oriented work style as well as decision-making, assertiveness and negotiation strength
High resilience and positive attitude: Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions & react accordingly
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Working in a leading medical technology company with meaningful products
High personal responsibility as well as visibility up to the top management desirable and given
Appreciative environment: noticeable passion and high identification of the employees with the company & its portfolio
A gross annual salary of EUR 63,000 (excl. Bonus) is planned for this position. There is of course a willingness to overpay according to your qualifications and professional experience.
