Development and implementation of sales strategies for the entire region of Austria
Management of the office, field and service team
Set activity and sales goals for the sales team members
Negotiate, design and conclude contracts with customers and partners
Recognize market opportunities and further develop the product and service portfolio
Participation in industry events and conferences
Ongoing reporting of the KPIs to the group
Your profile:
Experience in successfully leading sales teams, ideally from a similar industry (HVAC, sanitary, building technology)
Proven track record of achieving goals and promoting profitable sales growth in a company
Experience with "technical products" and a two- or three-stage sales process
German mother tongue and English fluent
Experience with international corporate structures and the corresponding financial and reporting systems
